What are the advantages of trapezoidal sheet fencing?

What colours and patterns are available?
Available in more than 20 colours and a wide range of wood and extra patterns, the trapezoidal panel fence is a perfect choice for your home. We offer our T18 trapezoidal sheet metal with wall profile, which is strong and durable enough to withstand wind gusts. It is important to note that a distinction should be made between single-sided and double-sided painted panels. One side of a single-sided sheet is painted or woodgrain, the other side has a single-colour coating. This may vary from one colour or pattern to another (grey, light grey, brown, etc.). Both sides of trapezoidal sheets painted on both sides shall have the same colour or pattern (e.g. woodgrain, white, brown, etc.).

On what kind of structure can the trapezoidal panel fence be fixed?
In the vast majority of cases, it is bolted to a horizontally running bracket fixed to vertical posts every 2-3 metres. Depending on the column spacing, the lock section should be at least 30x30x2 or 40x40x2, and we recommend using galvanised or primed and painted lock sections to avoid corrosion. For fixing we provide a hexagonal head EPDM washer with a colour-matched bolt.

How to calculate the amount of plate needed?
The useful width of the T18 trapezoidal plate is fixed at 110 cm, so you can request a plate of any height you like. Measure how many linear metres of fence you need and then divide the result by 1.10.
Example: to build a 20 m fence, you will need 20/1,10=18,18 i.e. 19 boards. For an accurate calculation, please feel free to ask our sales colleagues for help!
