The raw material for tin products, which is sold cut into slabs.

The flat sheets are produced on a separate production line, where the 1250mm wide steel coil can be cut to centimetre lengths. After cutting to size, the flat sheets can be used mainly for edge bending of tin elements. The steel raw materials used for the production of the flat sheets are identical to those used for the production of tile or trapezoidal sheets, so that no differences in colour shade are possible.

Parameters

  • Width: 1250mm
  • Length: 2000mm
  • Thickness: 0,45-0,55mm
  • Standard colours
  • Foiled (or without foil on request)

When used with other manufacturers' products (e.g. for panel hall trims), colour shade variations are possible!

During the production process, we apply a special film to the flat sheets to protect them from possible later surface damage and scratches. However, it is recommended that the foil be removed before or at the latest after any bending of the flat sheets, as heat can easily "burn" onto the steel product, making it difficult to remove afterwards and significantly reducing the aesthetic quality of the product.

disk rolls

We have 1250mm wide and 2000mm long flat sheets in stock, but we can also produce custom lengths on short notice ! In the latter case, the cut to size is up to 6000mm long, but several sizes are possible within one order, just like the production of plywood or trapezoidal sheets! For the production of flat sheets up to 6000mm, a pallet is required, which will be invoiced as a deposit product and if the pallet is returned, the price will be refunded!

It is also possible to buy flat sheets in rolls, which requires a slightly longer lead time (up to two weeks) and is a uniquely priced product. Our sales staff can provide you with information about the price and details!
