We advise all our customers to agree the terms of delivery and receipt with our colleagues at the offer stage!
On-site receipt:
If you transport or have transported the goods ordered by your own or hired means of transport, we can only load the goods ordered onto the appropriate vehicle.
At our premises, loading is done by forklift, and only accessories are loaded by hand by our colleagues. In the case of manual loading, our colleagues can place the customer at the end of the loading sequence. For manual packing, please always provide the appropriate number of helpers from the customer.
As loading on the wrong means of transport is time-consuming - and therefore loss-making for our company - we are not able to assist with the movement of goods in this case. Some examples for clarity:
- We cannot load a 6000mm trapezoidal sheet on a 2000mm trailer
- 5-6000mm plywood cannot be stacked on a roof rack without a wooden support
- We are not able to load material on top of the horsebox
In all cases where we consider the vehicle to be unacceptable or dangerous, our company will make an offer for delivery or it is up to the customer to provide a suitable means of transport.

Our company undertakes the delivery of the ordered products to the site, thus sparing the customer the inconvenience of transport.

Other important information about transport
- After production has taken place, our colleague will contact you by phone to discuss the possible delivery date.
- Delivery on working days
- Sales are possible at our premises from 8:00 to 15:30
- Only specific delivery days and times can be agreed with our colleagues, and it is only possible to arrange a delivery at a specific time in individual cases!
- The customer must take care of the receipt of the product.
- Unpacking the product is always the responsibility of the customer! Our drivers are responsible for the delivery of the product, but not for unloading.
- Our products can easily be damaged if not handled properly, so we recommend following the loading instructions in all cases!
- On receipt, any damage, defects or shortages must always be indicated in writing on the delivery note. Only in this way can our company deal with complaints.
- Metal roofing tile and T40 trapezoidal sheet over 5m is underlayed with wood, which is deposited, so if the customer returns it, our company will credit the amount. The price of the underlay wood is net 1900 HUF/ft + VAT (two rows are required along the length of the sheet, so for example for 5m 2*5*1900= net 19000 HUF + VAT) The amount of this must be clear to the Customer at the time of quotation.
