FACEBOOK CONTEST RULES
- NAME OF THE CAMPAIGN, ORGANIZER
1.1. The organizer of the“Which one would you choose? DAKO steel fence element” advertising campaign (hereinafter referred to as the Prize Draw) is TRM PRO KFT. (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), with its registered office at 1111 Budapest, Bartók Béla út 34. fszt. 3., tax number: 24834427-2-43.
- PERSONS PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME AND PERSONS EXCLUDED FROM THE GAME
2.1. Any natural person who is a Hungarian citizen and has a residence or domicile in Hungary, and who has reached the age of 18 by the start of the Prize Game, i.e. November 17, 2020, may participate in the Prize Game (hereinafter referred to as Participants).
2.3. The senior officers and employees of the Organizer conducting the Prize Game, as well as the persons listed here, may not participate in the Prize Game. Close relatives and relatives as defined in Section 8:1(1)(1) and (2) of the Civil Code.
2.4. The personal data provided by Participants must match the data on their identity card.
- DURATION OF THE GAME
3.1 The Prize Draw will run from 12:00:00 on November 19, 2021, to 12:00:00 on December 6, 2021. Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw period will be invalid.
- CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME
4.1. Any person specified in Section 2 of these rules may participate in the prize draw.
4.2. Any person specified in Section 2 of these rules who posts a relevant comment or reaction under the relevant Facebook post will also participate in the prize draw.
4.3. The organizer does not accept any other form of participation.
4.4. A person may only participate in the Prize Draw with one entry.
- PRIZES AND DRAW
5.1. After the end of the Prize Game, the Organizer will draw the following prizes among the Participants who have commented in the Prize Game:
- 100 linear meters of DAKO steel fence slats manufactured by the Organizer, manufactured in lengths of up to 300 cm per piece, in at least 6 colors selected by the Winner and offered by the Organizer, with color-matched fasteners (screws) required for installation, with free home delivery within Hungary.
Date of the draw: December 6, 2021 . This will take place after the results have been tallied and the participants described in section 4.2 have been selected.
Location of the draw: 2072 Zsámbék, Herceghalmi út 1-3. (Organizer's premises) The draw will take place publicly at the above location and time using the http://socialwinner.besocial.hu/ program.
5.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or cash.
5.3. Participants receiving prizes may enforce their warranty and guarantee claims, or any claims for damages, against the manufacturer of the prize within the framework of the law. The Organizer expressly excludes its liability for any damage caused to the Participant during the acceptance of the prize, or in connection with actions taken for that purpose, or during the use or enjoyment of the prize, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
- NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS, RECEIPT OF PRIZES
6.1. If the Winner cannot be notified within 10 working days based on the agreed personal data, or if they refuse the prize, the next substitute winners will be selected using the above mechanism, in the order of the draw, otherwise the Prize will be forfeited.
6.1. The name of the winner will be announced on the official Facebook page of TRM PRO KFT – Zensteel (https://www.facebook.com/zensteel.hu) after the draw and data verification.
6.2. The identity of the winner will be determined on the basis of the following documents:
Valid ID - personal card or passport.
6.3. The Organizer will publish the list of winners on its Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/zensteel.hu) after the draw and data verification. With the winner's consent, the name(s) of the player(s) will be published, along with a photo of the prize being received and used.
6.4 We deliver prizes free of charge within Hungary.
- RULES OF THE COMPETITION
7.1. The Rules of Participation are freely accessible to all Participants on the website www.zensteel.hu (http://www.zensteel.hu/jatekszabalyzat).
- END OF THE GAME
9.1. This Prize Game may be terminated in the event of force majeure and/or if the Organizer is unable to continue it for reasons beyond its control and/or in the event of a change in the legal framework, such that the organization and implementation of the promotional Contest would require an increase in the budget proposed for the project or would make it impossible to implement the Contest.
- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1. By posting a comment under the designated post on Zensteel's Facebook page, participants consent to the Organizer using and processing the personal data they have (previously) provided for the purposes of the Prize Draw and, in the event of a win, for the purposes of notification. The Organizer will treat personal data as confidential. After the selection process, the winners will be notified based on the legitimate interests of the consumer. The Organizer will not use or download the images at a later date; they will be stored exclusively on Facebook's servers. Data processing in this regard will be carried out in accordance with Facebook's policy. Facebook's data processing policy is available at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/. The Organizer will only process the names of the Participants as personal data. By uploading the image, the Participant agrees that the Organizer may contact them in the event of a possible Prize. In this case, after separate consent, the Participant's name, address, and telephone number will be processed as personal data.
10.2. By participating in the Prize Game, participants agree to the following:
- a) the Organizer may use the personal data of the winner free of charge for the purpose of conducting the Prize Draw;
- b) if they win, their name will be published by the Organizer on its Facebook page and website.
The provision of data is voluntary and based on the Participant's consent, i.e., the uploading of the image.
This data processing will only last until the end of the prize draw or until the prize has been sent to the winner.

10.4. - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
11.1. By participating, participants automatically accept the official Rules of the Game.
11.2. By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to comply with and abide by the rules, time limits, and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
11.3. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and Participants shall be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.
11.4. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the details and duration of the Prize Game and to publish this information on the website www.zensteel.hu and by posting it at its registered office.
11.5. The Organizer shall not be liable if a winner cannot be notified due to a change in the Participant's details, or if the winner does not read the letter or does not receive it through no fault of the Organizer.
11.6. The Organizer shall not be liable in any way if the selected Winner does not receive the Prize offered by the Organizer for reasons for which the Organizer is not responsible.
11.7. These Rules of Participation are available free of charge at www.zensteel.hu.
11.8. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules during the Contest, provided that any amendments are communicated to participants and the public at least 24 hours before they take effect.
The organizer of the prize draw is TRM PRO KFT.
The contest is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook in any way, nor is it associated with it in any way.
